dk9 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the dk9 platform, including all games, promotions, payment services and support features available at dk9.club ("the Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and dk9 ("the Operator"). By registering an account, logging in or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all players accessing dk9 from Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the Platform. dk9 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the dk9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent or close family member of any such person of dk9 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or have an account that was suspended or terminated for a policy violation.

dk9 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to satisfy any eligibility requirement will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance associated with Terms violations.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the dk9 platform. Multiple account registration is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent ban. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, Bangladesh mobile number and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number.
• You must notify dk9 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your dk9 account — is prohibited. Your account is personal and non-transferable.
• dk9 may require identity verification (KYC) at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to complete verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

dk9 is committed to the security of your personal data. All information collected at registration is used solely for account management, payment processing and regulatory compliance purposes. For full details on how your data is handled, please refer to the dk9 Privacy Policy.

dk9 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All payment transactions are processed via SSL-encrypted connections. The following terms apply to all payment activity on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit. Deposits are credited to your account in real time upon successful transaction confirmation.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. dk9 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits from unverified sources may be held pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to your registered bKash or Nagad mobile wallet. Most withdrawals are completed within minutes of approval. Withdrawal processing times may vary during high-volume periods.
• dk9 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank) may apply their own transaction charges which are outside dk9's control.

dk9 reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and does not imply any accusation of wrongdoing on the part of the player. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

dk9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. By claiming any bonus, you accept the applicable bonus terms in full.

• The dk9 welcome bonus offers 100% match on your first deposit up to ৳20,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is ৳500. The welcome bonus is available to new players only and may be claimed once per player.
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The standard rollover requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games as specified per promotion. Certain game categories — including specific live casino tables — may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution. Check individual promotion terms for the applicable game list.
• dk9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that are found to have been obtained through abuse, exploitation of errors or fraudulent activity will be void and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

Free spin bonuses, where offered, will be credited at a fixed value per spin as stated in the relevant promotion. Winnings from free spins are subject to the standard rollover requirement unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Free spins expire if not used within the time limit specified in the promotion terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dk9 platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the prohibited activities below will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

All content on the dk9 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, images and audiovisual content — is the property of dk9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, licence, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any content obtained from the dk9 platform without prior written consent from dk9. Unauthorised use of any dk9 intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may expose you to legal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether dk9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dk9 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While dk9 makes every effort to ensure continuous platform availability and the accuracy of game results, temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or factors outside dk9's control. dk9 shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of service interruptions or technical failures outside its reasonable control.

dk9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct rules, eligibility requirements or payment terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading registration information, or failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or use of automated systems.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion). Players who wish to close their account may contact support at [email protected].

Upon account closure for reasons other than voluntary self-exclusion, any bonus funds or winnings derived from Terms violations will be forfeited. Real-money balances not associated with violations may be returned to your registered payment method subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

dk9 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dk9 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment has been posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms, whether or not you have reviewed them.
